Mahjong anime. Normally fall into two types. The "Death Note" style I am out thinking you, oh no you out thought me, and the "Yugioh" screw rules, watch as I pull this awesome hand right out of my ass. The Legend of Koizumi makes Yugioh look like death note.
It is about various world leaders who play mahjong to solve problems and save the world. The main character Junichiro Koizumi (the 89th prime minister of japan) and his assistant Taizō play Chairman Mao and Pol Pot, who by consitantly winning with a certain hand are going to destroy the world and more. If the anime follows the manga, then hitler and his space nazi's can't be far away.
The first three episodes can be found on youtube, and you will struggle to find this much power crammed into 7 min episodes anywhere. I can't recommend giving these a look enough.
