Bio thread is now up - this is for people woh have finished their character with me, so far this is just Pyra, and I'm halfway through Ciaran's. For those who want to join in, grab me on MSN and we can run through your character.
Two things - regarding the bio thread (it's said in there as well) I am going for more of a realistic approach than a metagaming one. This means that your bio thread can be as minimalist as just what someone would see when they meet them - appearance, obvious cybernetics, stuff like that, as opposed ot laying out all skills, personality traits etc. Obviously it's more useful for the other players to know this stuff, but then it's also fun to not tell them about that hidden mini rocket launcher in your armpit, or that Mr Studd/Midnight Lady
Secondly, I will be starting the game as and when people turn up. As Pyra is ready, I will be starting the game as soon as, then evberyone can join in as and when. The reason for this is so we get the game started and running rather than waiting for everyone who's said they'll join, it's also because CyberPunk
doesn't have levels. Instead, it's more like Morrowind, where you upgrade skills by using them, and your characters toughness and resilience is dictated as much by the cybernetics you have as your stats and skills (though they are of course pretty useful... cybernetics aren't much good if you fry yourself trying to hack a security system)
