Also, can people bring cameras with them? The more the better really, and get snap happy. We got some good photos last time but there really wasn't many.

I'll have my lil digi cam at uni anyway so people are welcome to use it to take photos then I'll upload them at the end of the con.

As for activitives. As people are arriving on the friday is everyone okay with just a night in with films/games and ordering pizza or something? It'll be fun trying to find a place that acknowledges my road exists :D

Also, the new Underworld film comes out apparently the weekend of the con. I personally wouldnt mind going to see it, and I know the males like a bit of Beckinsale, so I thought it would be something we could do one of the days. Maybe cinema then awesomepub?

Anyone else have any ideas?

Oh, double posting cos I'm awesome.

Those who have claimed spaces at my place can you confirm for sure that you're going, and if not tell me so I can offer the place to someone else.

Those who are in the hotel, please remember to book :P I'm sure people are doing this anyway but try and work out whos staying where so people can share hotel rooms etc.

Yeah, okay, so what are the accomodation details? This con is in Nottingham and we stay either at Nyx's or at a nearby hotel? How many places can you offer, Nyx, and are they all taken? I wasn't aware when we did this. O.o

Right, I've booked my ticket there! Cost me £24 and I won't arrive til 9.30 on Friday evening...

Ticket was £20 for the return... Got a fun bus journey so it takes about an hour longer(!)

It was done on the initial vote thread Zi. At the mo all the spaces at my place are taken unless you want to sleep right on the floor or in the kitchen (thats where our sofas are). theres a premier travel inn on Goldsmiths street which is the nearest hotel to my place, so Im sure it can work like the london con and a few of you share one room etc.

Wait there is floor space? I slept on the floor in York and have no problems doing so again if it's no trouble.

I wouldn't mind arriving on a friday, and I'll be bringing portable gaming stuff, so the DS and PSP are a go...and of course clothes and the like for when I need them XP

There is some floor space, currently one space on the floor of the spare room and maybe one more in my room. Otherwise there is a sofa in the kitchen that is free, you'd just have to deal with people going in and out of the room.

If anyone is opting for the hotel can you please post here so that others know and can work out sharing of rooms etc.

Pyra, do you want one of the floor spaces?

As for arriving, any time is fine as long as I know about it, I'll come to the station to pick people up via the tram.

Also, while I'm talking about people arriving etc, my number is 07841159501. If you need to ask me anything or just to let me know when you'll be coming thats the best way to contact me apart from msn.
