I forgot to make notes of what you went for in the end. I think you ended it taking Berserker's Fury for your feat, thought I can't remember if you definatly did and if you did you can get skill training in either Acrobatics, Heal, Nature or Perception). For your Utility Power I can't remeber but you can pick between
Boundless Endurance (Daily: Gain 2+Con mod regeneration while blooded)
Get Over Here (Encounter: slide target 2 squares so it is adjacent to you)
No Opening (Encounter: Cancel combat advantage you were about to grant)
Unstoppable (Daily: Gain 2D6+Con temp HP)
Create Opening (Encounter: Target is marked until EOT, they get to basic melee you at -2 and an adjacent ally can shift it's speed)
Defensive Stance (Daily: +2 AC but slowed and may shift 1 square when missed until stance ends)
Pass Forward (At-Will: Pick an adjacent enemy, can move without provoking oppertunity attack from target if you end adjacent to target)
Shielded Sides (Encounter: Needs Shield: +2 AC & Ref and no combat advanatage from being flanked until EOT)
Shrewd Repositioning (Encounter: Shift your wisdom mod after you are hit)
Though some of those don't really go with how I see Talos (not my character so YMMV but I imagine Get Over here, Unstoppable or Boundless Endurance {possibly Create Opening or Pass Forward for movement tricks})
For Jenna her utility power options are
Fleeting Ghost (At-will: Must be trained in stealth: move your speed and make a stealth check with out the normal movement penalty)
Great Leap (At-will: Must be trained in athletics: make a long or high jump with the DC as if you made a running start can't jump more than your speed)
Master of Deceit (Encounter: Must be trained in Bluff: Reroll a bluff check, must announce doing this before DM announces results)
Quick Fingers (Encounter: Must be trained in Thievery: make a thievery check as minor action even if it's normally a standard action)
Tumble (Encounter: Must be trained in acrobatics: shift 1/2 of your speed)
Adaptable Flanker (Encounter: You and an Ally must be adjacent to same enemy: Gain combat advantage against enemy until EOT)
Double Take (Encounter: Must be trained in perception: Make a perception check with charisma mod as bonus)
Hop Up (Encounter: Must be trained in acrobatics: when knocked prone can stand up and shift 1)
Marked Escape (Encounter: when you are makred, end the marked condition)
Reap the Rattled (Daily: Must be trained in intimidate: Select an enemy taking a penality from your rattling effect in LOS, you gain combat advantage until EOT)
Sneak in the Attack (Encounter: Until start of your next turn the next ally who hits the target and has combat advantage deals extra damage to it equal to your sneak attack damage)
